Arrival time
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

We would like to start the ceremony between 3:30 and 4:00pm. Please give yourselves 30-45 minutes to either park or get dropped off, and enjoy a beverage and the view from the top of the vineyard.
Ceremony
3:45 pm - 4:15 pm

There will be a few rows of seats for immediate family. The ceremony is on a hill, and guests will stand amphitheater style, uphill of the officiant, please allow shorter people to stand in towards the front. There will be some large umbrellas to find shade under, but it may be a good idea to bring yourself an umbrella for shade, and/or a small hand fan. Afterwards, please catch a shuttle or walk down to the house.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Hors D'oeuvres will be served down at the house where we will celebrate for the rest of the night. Please take this time to socialize, have some drinks, and find your seats.
Thai dinner
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Chef Supannee will be serving Thai food. This will be buffet style with options to fit an array of diet restrictions and taste preferences.
Reception
8:00 pm
After the First dance, guests will be invited to the dance floor to celebrate.
Grand Exit
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Shuttles will be taking groups back to their rooms between 9:00 and 10:00 pm.
