Where should I park?

Answer

Both hotels offer valet and garage parking at an additional cost. However, due to road closures for the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, guests who need to depart before 10:00 AM on Saturday should plan to leave prior to 7:45 AM. Once the closures are in place, vehicles parked in the hotel garages may be unable to exit until 10:00 AM. Public parking is also available at: White River State Park and Indiana State Museum. These garages and others that are west of N West St. will not be affected by marathon-related road closures, making it a convenient option for guests who anticipate needing to depart downtown before 10:00 AM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00 pm. We recommend arriving no later than 2:30 pm to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests come dressed in cocktail attire. For men, this means a suit and tie. For women, floor-length or midi style dresses are preferred. The bridal party will be in a cabernet color.

While we love your little ones, we are keeping our special day as an adults-only occasion. We greatly appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary shuttle service is available immediately following the ceremony to transport guests from the church to the reception. Return service to Hyatt Regency and Indianapolis Marriott Downtown will also be available at the conclusion of the evening. Shuttles will depart at 9 pm and 11 pm. If you choose to drive, there is ample parking available at the reception site. Ride share is readily available throughout the city.

Is overnight parking allowed?

Yes! You are more than welcome to leave your car parked at the venue overnight. Vehicles must be picked up by 1 pm the following day (Saturday, November 7, 2026).

When should I RSVP?

Kindly RSVP at your earliest convenience—we’re so excited to celebrate with you! The final deadline to respond is September 6, 2026, so please be sure to let us know by then.

When should I book a hotel room?

Answer

Please note that the Indy Monumental Marathon will take place downtown on Saturday, November 7, 2026. We kindly recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible to secure availability and the best rates.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

For the comfort of all our guests and in accordance with venue policy, smoking is not permitted inside the Conservatory at Evergreen, on the outdoor patio, or anywhere on its premises. We kindly ask guests to respect this rule and help us keep the space enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for understanding!
