We want you to dress up with us! Dress Code: The attire would be semi-formal to formal! For Women: Dresses, jumpsuits, or stylish separates are all welcome. Feel free to play with color and style, but please avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory. The wedding party will be in blue. For Men: Suits or dress slacks with a blazer and button-down shirt work perfectly. Khakis and jackets are also welcome. Ties are optional unless you'd like to get fancy!
We would LOVE for you to capture our big day from your point of view, HOWEVER, we ask that during the ceremony, your phone remains off and put away. At the Ceremony: There is a large lawn across the street from the venue. If you are in need of a handicap spot, please reach out to Andrew West (804) 297-7582. Handicap spots are limited and there is a way for drop off as well. At the Reception: The spots right in front of the building will be reserved, however there is ample parking on the side lot of the building, with street parking for overflow if needed.
The ceremony will be outside in March. Be prepared to have a jacket or umbrella as weather can be undetermined. We ask that no umbrellas are up during the processional or recessional. The reception will be inside. ***Be aware if the ceremony moves inside, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Please RSVP by February 1, 2026, so we can get an accurate headcount and solidify catering and seat numbers. We can't wait to see you soon!
YES! We are registered at Amazon, Walmart, and Target (with a couple of items from Crate and Barrel)! We also have a fund on our Registry Page on the website! **PLEASE be sure to check the actual websites for items to ensure that item is still available for purchase!
Due our venues sizes, we are at our maximum number of guests. Please only bring the number of people listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out for clarification!
