How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 31st, 2025 using the RSVP card included with your invitation or via our wedding website.

What should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both "black tie optional." Black tie optional means we’d love for guests to dress up, but a tuxedo or formal gown isn’t required. A tux or floor-length dress is welcome, but a dark suit and tie or a cocktail dress is perfectly appropriate too. Think elegant and polished, but not overly strict!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We want to celebrate with our closest family and friends. If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name or 'guest' will be listed. If not, we appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Children whose names are listed on the invitation are warmly invited to join us at the wedding ceremony and reception. If their names are not included, we kindly request that you make alternate arrangements.

Are there hotels nearby?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at The Partridge Inn and The Crowne Plaza. Please use the link provided on the "Travel" tab of our website to access group rate pricing.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, ample parking is available on-site at both Reid Memorial Church and the Augusta Country Club. The Country Club also offers valet parking.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We have arranged for shuttle services from hotels to the venue. Please refer to the 'Travel' section of our website for the schedule and additional details.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure everyone is seated on time.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be help indoors. Don't sweat over that Georgia heat!

Will there be dinner or just appetizers?

Answer

A full dinner will be served during the reception. There will also be appetizers served during cocktail hour.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony; please refrain from taking photos during this time.
