When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know if you can or can not join us! The final date to RSVP is March 30th, if we have not heard from you by then we will have to regretfully assume you will not be in attendance. It is important to remember the final date to book hotel rooms in our block is also March 30th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony between 2:00 and 2:30pm. This provides enough time to park and grab a seat before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All guest names are indicated in the RSVP section. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to enter your guests name.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue, cars that are parked overnight must be picked up by 8:30 am the morning after; May 3rd

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For men we request dress jeans or dress pants and a button down. For women a dress or dress jeans and a blouse. Cowboy boots encouraged.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to venue restrictions we are unable to host many children outside of our immediate family. Please if your child's name is not indicated on your invite; know we love your children but use this night as a night out! The name of each guest is listed in the RSVP section as well as on your invite.
