Family Rehearsal Dinner / Dessert Party

Answer

We will enter Epcot via the International Gateway entrance at 8:00 pm. (Not the main entrance where the busses drop off). The best way to get there is bus to Hollywood Studios and switch to a ferry boat or Skyliner to Epcot. (There is no monorail access to the international gateway entrance)

Wedding day transportation

Answer

We have a private bus that will pick up at Pop Century first (3:30 pm) and All Star Music second. (3:45 pm). (This is not the same bus that says “Animal Kingdom”) We will need to enter Animal Kingdom all at once, and our guide will be meeting us when we get off the bus. No park ticket is needed.

Photopass Photographers

Answer

Feel free to take any photos with the Photopass photographers or attraction photos. Link them by showing your room key or MagicBand. I have the photo package that includes downloads - if you have photos let me know so I can link you :)

Comfortable Shoes

We will be walking back and forth inside the parks during our events, make sure to bring comfortable shoes.

Scooters

Answer

Our motor coach is supposed to be able to accommodate multiple scooters. Our event spaces will all be accessible by scooters as well.

Christmas Party

Answer

Tickets are digital and will be linked to your room key, magic band or mobile app. Stop by the front desk for help setting up or verifying how to access your tickets. You can enter as early as 4pm, the party continues through midnight. We will use the complimentary busses in front of our hotel to get to and from the party.
