The Welcome Party will be held on Thursday, August 7th at The Golden Hotel. Please call the hotel at (303) 279-0100 to make a reservation under the White/Keith room block. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided from the Golden Hotel.

Buses from The Golden Hotel & Denver Marriott West to the venue
August 8, 2025 2:25 pm - 10:10 pm
Buses will pick up guests at The Golden Hotel at 2:25 pm departing at 2:40pm. All buses will then stop at the Denver Marriott West at 2:50 pm departing at 3:05 pm. All buses will drop guests off at the venue at 3:30 pm. All guests are welcome to take the buses from either hotel even if you are not staying there. We highly encourage all guests to take the buses to and from the venue. Ubers are difficult to get from the venue as it is up in the mountains. While we hope no one wants to leave the party early… there is a bus departing the venue at 8:15 pm returning to the Denver Marriott West at 8:40 pm and then The Golden Hotel at 8:55 pm. At the end of the night, all buses will begin loading guests at 9:50 pm departing at 10:10 pm for the Denver Marriott West dropping guests off at 10:35 pm and then The Golden Hotel at 10:50 pm. Feel free to get on and off the buses at either hotel stop. Please take the bus or have a designated driver if you plan on drinking. Parking is also available at the venue.
