How many days can we book?

Answer

We are asking our guests to stay 3/4/26 - 3/6/26. You are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights, but you can stay at the resort from 3/3/26 - 3/7/26 with the link provided

How Do I Get To The Resort?

Answer

Hyatt Ziva will arrange transportation to and from the airport. You should get an email after booking your hotel to arrange transportation. They offer the best service and the price is set. They can accommodate up to 8 passengers in one vehicle. If you don't get an email to arrange transportation, please reach out to either Daniel or Spencer.

Do we need cash?

Answer

The hotel is all-inclusive so no cash is required throughout your stay at The Haytt Ziva. But if you plan to go outside of resort for reasons like fishing, clubbing or shopping we recommend bringing Pesos over American dollars. The exchange rate is usually calculated incorrectly and you might end up paying more in dollars versus pesos. To get dollars to pesos exchanged for free you can request the amount from your bank in advance.
