Our love story started back in 2015. I was seventeen and a junior in high school and he was 19 and racing motorcross. We were on instagram one day and he commented on one of my photos. I didnt know him at the time but checked out his profile and we started talking. Eventually we decided we wanted to meet in person. My mom said “you better not have him come to your tumbling class” and I being my rebellious teen self did just that. About a week later he came to my house and we met “for the first time” and he met my parents. I remember my mom calling me back to her room as I worried about what she was going to say just to have her say”oh my gosh Bailee, he’s really cute”. We had our first date at Olive Garden and needless to say after that we couldn’t get enough of eachother. Since moving we’ve been on a few vacations including the most recent one this year (2020). We started in Tampa as we usually do but I though we were going to Daytona Beach afterwards. I was very wrong. He decided to surprise me with a trip to Miami and needless to say I was very excited. One morning he told me to get dressed up and that he had a surprise. We got in the car and I had no idea where we were going. We end up at this beautiful park in Key Biscane. We started walking and came around the corner to see a huge lighthouse and at that moment I knew what was happening. We walk to the end and he starts talking about the last few years and asks “Will your marry me?”. Of course is said yes and he even surprised me with my family. Its been 5 years now and were finally engaged and cant wait to see what the future holds together.
