The first time we met was after an Elevate service (young adults gathering) at church. A bunch of us went to go get Whataburger and that is the first memory I have of Alexis. Our relationship as friends started at the Dallas Outreach (a small missions trip to Dallas). That was the first time that I was able to sit down and actually have a conversation with her. We had a few instances when I got to talk to her for a few times and thought she was really nice and pretty, but our relationship really started at the Truong's (mutual friends) house where she was living at the time. I would go to spend time with Alex Gregory (who lived with the Truong's). While there, I got to see Alexis. She and I would stay up super late talking about anything and everything. I found myself really falling in love with her. And, now, here we are.
