WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

In 2014, Alexa was heavily occupied with her critical care exams and rotation in nursing school, while Spencer was equally buried in the busy season of the financial audit world. Looking to break away they decided to turn to online dating and found each other with a 96% match through OkCupid. Their first date didn’t start off as planned. Spencer struggled to find a restaurant without a long wait, going from restaurant to restaurant. After some time, Alexa agreed to pick Spencer up to find dinner together. While Spencer was waiting on a street corner, Alexa drove up, rolled down her window and yelled “Hey Baby, How Much?!?” These first words together and subsequent laughs set up their first successful date. Their third date (and first full day together) did not go as planned either as they got lost adventuring around Apple Hill. Despite getting lost, Alexa and Spencer had already found each other. 96% turned into 100% as their days continued to be filled with spontaneity, memorable adventures and joy.

On the way home from a vacation to New York, Spencer surprised Alexa with a quick stop to Atlanta, GA (home to one of the largest aquariums in the world). At the aquarium they had a private behind the scenes tour. The tour concluded with reserved seats at the whale shark show where they were selected at "random" to answer trivia questions about whale sharks.
