Hotel
We recommend staying at Domes of Corfu, Autograph Collection. It is on the beach, close to town, and the most convenient location for all wedding events. All wedding transportation will depart from this hotel. If you would like to secure your room, feel free to book directly through the hotel. We will also share a few nearby alternatives for guests who prefer different accommodations, although Domes will be the central hub for the weekend.
Flight
You’ll fly into Corfu International Airport (CFU). Most guests will reach the island with one connection through a major European city. Athens, London, Zurich, Munich and Frankfurt all offer frequent routes into Corfu. If you’re traveling from the U.S., it can sometimes be cheaper to fly into one of these cities first and book a separate short flight to the island. The Athens–Corfu flight is about 45 minutes and runs throughout the day. Google Flights is usually the easiest way to compare options and piece together the simplest route. As you plan your travel, please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
Travel Note
Once you land, getting to the hotel is easy. Domes of Corfu is about fifteen to twenty minutes from both the airport and Corfu Town, and taxis are available right outside arrivals to take you directly to the resort. Corfu is a big, beautiful island with plenty to explore. If you want to venture beyond the immediate area during the weekend, renting a car is a great way to see more of the island. This is completely optional. You will not need a car for the wedding day, as we will have transportation arranged for the ceremony and reception. For Friday welcome drinks, taxis are readily available and the hotel can help arrange them if needed.
