Hotel

Last day to book at the group rate: 5/7/2026 Rate – $235.15/night (excluding taxes & destination fee is waived). This is for run of house guest room: standard king OR Standard Queen/Queen for double occupancy, + $25 for triple occupancy, = $50 Quad occupancy) Reservation Type – Guests will make their own reservations via group specific URL link or calling hotel group reservations team. Parking Rates – Discounted Overnight Self-Parking rate to $25.00 per night + tax (Standard is $62.00 per night) Cut Off Date – 3 weeks prior to arrival date on May 7. All reservations apart of the block will need to be made before this date. Any reservations made outside this date will be at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Deposits - No deposit is required from group. Individuals will be responsible for providing their credit card authorization at the time of reservation confirmation. Cancellation – Individuals have up to 48 hours in advance to cancel without penalty, otherwise 1 night room & tax
