Question
What should we wear to the wedding ceremony/reception?
Answer
St. Louis summer weather can be warm, and our reception venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces. Your comfort is our priority! Our wedding attire is garden formal. Think elegant yet outdoor-friendly—cocktail dresses and suits or jackets with ties are ideal for the occasion!

Will transportation be provided from the hotels to Schlafly's on Friday?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided for those staying at the hotels to and from Schlafly's on Friday for the Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party. For the Rehearsal Dinner, pick up will be at 5:40pm at the Ritz. For the Welcome Party, pick up will begin at 7:40pm at the Ritz and will cycle throughout the night. At the Ritz, the shuttle will be located at the Ballroom/Monarch side entrance (not in the front at Valet). Ask the front desk if you have questions. We kindly ask guests staying at the Le Meridian to walk to the Ritz if you would like to ride on the shuttle.

Where do you recommend parking at Schlafly's?
Answer
There is a large lot connected to the building to the West, a small lot to the South, as well as plenty of street parking. If needed, there is also a supplemental lot to the East of the building.

Will transportation be provided from the hotels on Saturday?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided for those staying at the Le Meridien & Ritz Carlton to and from the ceremony & reception on Saturday. At the Ritz, shuttles will be located at the Ballroom/Monarch side entrance (not in the front at Valet). A Kristin Ashley Events team member will be onsite at The Ritz Carlton to assist! At the Le Meridian, shuttles will be located at the front entrance. All shuttle will arrive at hotels for pick up at 4:00pm. The departure for Le Meridien is 4:15pm and Ritz Carlton is 4:20pm. At the reception, shuttles will be available throughout the evening at 8:30p, 9pm, 9:30pm, 10:00pm. At 11:00pm, shuttles will take guests back to hotels and after party at the Ritz Carlton.

Where do you recommend parking at Graham Chapel?
Answer
For GPS mapping: We recommend using the address for Danforth University Center: 6475 Forsyth Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63105. Free parking is available in any yellow permit spot any time on Saturday. We recommend using one of the below parking locations: 1. Danforth University Center Garage located under Danforth University Center at 6475 Forsyth Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63015 2. The Simon Hall surface lot located just south of Simon Hall. From Skinker Blvd: Turn west onto Forsyth Blvd and go down to Wallace Drive (stop light). Turn right onto Wallace Drive. The Parking Garage is directly ahead or the Simon Hall Parking lot is located directly to your left. From Big Bend Blvd: Turn east onto Forsyth Blvd and go down to Wallace Drive. Turn left onto Wallace Drive. The Parking Garage is ahead or the Simon Hall Parking lot is located directly to your left. After parking, look for Wedding signs pointing you to Graham Chapel!
