Where have you registered?

Answer

We have wedding registries at Crate & Barrel, Bed Bath & Beyond, West Elm and Amazon. You can find links to all of our registries on the "Registry" page of our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 6pm EDT on the second floor of the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant in Detroit, MI. Please arrive no later than 5:45pm so you have enough time to grab a drink and find your seat!

If I am traveling in from out of town, what hotel should I stay at?

Answer

We have secured a block of rooms at the Aloft at the David Whitney. Please visit the Travel section of our website for instructions on how to make your room reservation.

I'm not traveling in from out of town, but want to stay the night in Detroit. What hotel should I stay at?

Will there be parking at the hotel?

Answer

Yes. If you choose to stay at the Aloft at the David Whitney, where we have secured a wedding room block, the hotel offers valet parking for $30/night.

Is there parking at the Ford Piquette Plant?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue.

How will I get from the hotel to the ceremony venue?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles from the Aloft at the David Whitney to the Ford Piquette Plant. The first shuttle will leave the hotel at 5pm EDT and make rounds between the venue and the hotel until 6pm EDT. We will also provide shuttles from the venue back to the hotel between 10pm and midnight.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you receive your wedding invitation in September, if the envelope indicates "and guest", you may bring a guest. If not, please leave any and all Tinder dates at home. If you are married, please do bring your spouse. They are invited and the envelope will say so.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail party attire. If you wear jeans to our wedding, you will be publicly shamed.
