What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. For men, a suit or dress shirt with slacks works perfectly; for women, a cocktail dress or dressy ensemble. Please no jeans or casual wear.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by October 15th so we can finalize details with our caterer and vendors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30p. Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle in. Assistance to the ceremony from the parking lot will be available if needed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only able to include the children who are part of the wedding party and immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and hope this allows all guests to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! They are located in the Travel section of the website. We have a hotel block at the DoubleTree downtown but there are several other hotels in the area that are convenient and reasonable, as well as many AirBNB/VRBO options.

Will transportation from the hotel be provided?

Answer

At this time, transportation will not be provided. We encourage carpooling or ride-share if you’d prefer not to drive.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Answer

Our celebration will proceed rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will move the ceremony indoors at the venue.
