We are saying "I Do" at Desert Love (a desert section just up the street from Cactus Joes)! The party is at Cactus Joes Blue Diamond Nursery!
We are requesting and prefer that our wedding be an adult only party. Our venue is not kid friendly… Cactus Joes is quite literally a cactus nursery and lighting will be very dim. Please reach out to us if we haven't already talked to you about your littles.
The ceremony and reception will be outside and mostly in dirt. We advise against wearing any skinny or high heels! Since we will be looking our best, we want our guests to look and feel their best too! Think fancy desert party! No need for formal wear, but pull your fancy clothes out of the closet! BONUS: If you want to be fun and stay in our theme- Throw on a cowboy hat, bust out your boots and wear colors like browns, golds, dark blues and rust!
We picked a busy weekend for Vegas! Hotel rates are a little higher than normal. We highly recommend looking into Airbnb and VRBO. As of now, The Silverton has great rates and is pretty close to the venue.
We picked October because it tends to be the best weather for Vegas (fingers crossed!). Should be nice during the day and sweater weather in the evening.
