We are getting married at Roessler Point in Palos Verdes. The ceremony will be short and sweet with our wedding party, family, and dogs in attendance. :)
Though we wish everyone could be there, Roessler Point is a walk-up, first-come-first-served location on the cliffs of PV, with limited standing space. We wanted a small, intimate ceremony (OK, Kimberly does) with just the family and dogs, but we will be ready to get down and party at the reception!
Our colors are gold, deep red/mulberry, and black. We know black is easier to find with cocktail attire, so we would appreciate it if you could just avoid wearing either gold or deep red. Also, this is probably a no-brainer, but please don't wear white! :)
Please wear something fancy, snazzy, and classy! We love to dress up, and rarely get the chance to do so. We want our wedding guests to be dressed to impress. We will have a professional photographer snapping photos throughout the evening. To be more explicit: please no casual-wear! Tuxes, suits, pantsuits, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, gowns are all welcome; please NO flip-flops, jeans, jean skirts, jean shorts, cargo pants (does anyone wear those anymore?), clubwear, bikinis, nudity, etc. for your celebration outfit. Georgia's Lounge has a nice 60s Mad Men type of vibe, and we want to fit in with that. Sparky put the kabosh in the medieval kings and queens theme, so this is the compromise lol. Thank you!
Although we would love to have everyone and their kids at our celebration, space is extremely limited, so this is an adults-only celebration. If you haven't had a date night in a while, we hope you will take advantage of this!
We realllllyyy want to say yes, but Lady and Cheyenne are telling us "no, please, Mom and Dad!" Sorry, the bosses have spoken. They are to be the only dogs in attendance! Again, we hope you can use this as a date night!
