What credentials do I need to board ? (sailing or non-sailing guests)

Answer

Sailing guests are required to bring the birth certificate or passport that aligns with the information they submitted for check-in through the 'Royal Caribbean app'. Non-sailing guests are required to bring the form of ID that aligns with the information they submitted through the 'Non-sailing guests questionnaire'. For example: If you provided your passport number, you are required to present your passport at security before boarding. If you provided your driver's license number, you are required to present your driver's license at security before boarding.

Where is the wedding and reception?

The wedding and reception will be taking place on Royal Caribbean's Grandeur of the Seas cruise ship located Terminal #2 651 Channelside Dr. Tampa, FL 33602

Yes, please come in 'Sunday Best' attire.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Yes, in lieu of traditional gifts the bride and groom are requesting monetary contributions towards their honeymoon fund. They will be going to Italy Fall 2024. You can locate more info on the 'Honeymoon Registry'.

How long is the wedding and reception?

Answer

10 am to 2:30 pm, 4.5 hours. The website will be updated with a schedule of events closer to the date.

Am I required to book a cruise in order to attend the ceremony and reception?

Answer

You are not required to book the cruise to attend the wedding. If you are interested in booking, you can locate info on the 'Cruise Booking' tab and book directly with Royal Caribbean through their website.

If I am taking the cruise, do I have to have a passport?

Answer

No, passports are not required. HOWEVER, they are always recommended. To see more about boarding requirements, please visit the 'Cruise Booking' tab.

If I am taking the cruise, what can I do with my luggage?

Answer

If you are cruising with us after the wedding takes place, you have two options. First, upon arrival to the dock before boarding there will luggage porters (gratuity encouraged) who will collect your luggage for you but your luggage will arrive to your stateroom after the the cruise departs. Second, you make take your luggage with you it will be held while you enjoy the wedding. After the wedding you may retrieve it and bring it to your stateroom, you will have early access to your stateroom and will not have to wait for your luggage to be delivered.

If I am taking the cruise, what can we do after the wedding?

Answer

After the wedding the pool and bars will be open for entertainment, we encourage you bring a carry on and keep it with you if you would like to swim after the reception.

Will there be other events on the cruise?

Answer

Yes, after embarkation we will have planned gatherings on the cruise. Guests who are sailing will get an itinerary before the ceremony. We will not be doing assigned dining arrangements, these planned gatherings are completely optional and not organized or affiliated with Royal Carribean. The bride and groom highly encourage you to enjoy your cruise as you see fit. This ship is the smallest in RCCL's fleet, your very likely to see other wedding party guests.
