One thing we value most in life is family. More than anything, we wanted our wedding to feel meaningful, personal, and true to who we are. As we toured venues and explored different options, we kept feeling like so many weddings followed the same formula. While there’s nothing wrong with that, it just didn’t feel like us. At the end of the day, what matters most is sharing a heartfelt ceremony and spending time with the people we love and cherish most. Topsail Island holds a special place in our hearts. It has deep roots in the Kincaid/Newman family, it’s where our parents first met each other, and it’s where we’ve continued to make memories together through family vacations and beach trips over the years. It has become part of our story. Rather than celebrating for just a few hours, we’re creating a week centered around family, friendship, and making memories together in a place that means so much to us.
