Are kids welcome?

We love your children, but our wedding will be a 21+ only event.

So, what about COVID-19?

Answer

For the safety of our friends, families and vendors, we strongly prefer that all guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before attending our wedding. We understand that vaccination is not possible for everyone, so we ask that those who are not vaccinated please wear a mask when not eating or drinking or when on the guest shuttles. We hope everyone will respect this policy on our special day.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

For those who do not want to drive to the venue, we have booked transportation from downtown Traverse City. The ride is about 40 minutes, but we promise it will be scenic. The guest shuttle will leave Hotel Indigo at 3:30pm and there will be return shuttles at 9:00pm and 10:15pm.

Is there a difference between Verterra Winery and The Ridge at Verterra?

Answer

YES! Verterra Winery, located at 103 E. River Street in downtown Leland, is the tasting room location. Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at The Ridge at Verterra, the destination event space located at 8080 N Swede Rd in Northport. PLEASE double check your GPS before heading anywhere.

Is the event outside?

Answer

Yes. Weather pending, the ceremony will be held on the lawn in front of the pond. The reception will be under a large tent, and heaters will be provided if necessary. Please consider your footwear and bringing a jacket if needed.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The Ridge at Verterra has parking.

Will Denver be involved in the wedding?
