From celebrating my long student years and all the highs that came with them, to lifting me up during the lows, she’s always known exactly how to be there for me. Whether it’s making me laugh when I need it most or dragging me out for a walk when I’d rather stay in bed, she’s the one who keeps me grounded and energized. Her unwavering presence has shaped so much of who I am, and I truly couldn’t imagine this day without her standing right beside me. Having her here means everything, and I’m endlessly grateful for the bond we share.

Drew Tucker has been one of the most constant and meaningful people in my life—more than a best friend, he’s a brother. We’ve grown together through every chapter, from unforgettable travels across Amsterdam, Germany, and Ukraine to late-night conversations at his homes in Cincinnati, St. Louis, and Denver. His loyalty, humor, and steady presence have made him someone I’ve leaned on in both the best and hardest of times. That’s why asking Drew to be my best man isn’t just a tradition—it’s a reflection of the bond we’ve built and the deep respect I have for him.

Christie was one of the very first nurses I looked up to when I began working at Lutheran over a decade ago. From the start, she stood out—not just for her skill and professionalism, but for the warmth and wisdom she brought to every shift. It didn’t take long before she became more than a mentor; she became a true friend. Throughout my nursing journey, Christie has been like a big sister—steadfast, generous, and endlessly supportive. Her strength, compassion, and sharp sense of humor have carried me through some of the toughest and most rewarding moments of my career. I truly wouldn’t be the nurse I am today without her guidance and encouragement. Having her in my life has been one of the greatest gifts, and I’m so grateful to have her in my corner.

Sean Bucher has been a true friend through thick and thin, always showing up with a level-headed presence and sharp sense of humor that instantly makes any moment better. We’ve shared countless fun times cheering on our favorite teams—whether we’re celebrating a Broncos win or rallying behind the Avalanche during playoff runs, those moments have only deepened our bond. Beyond the laughs and loyalty, I’ve always admired Sean’s relationship with his wife Hillary. The love, respect, and partnership they share is something I truly look up to. Having him as a groomsman is not just about honoring a great friendship, but recognizing someone who continues to inspire me with the way he lives, loves, and shows up for the people who matter most.

My future sister-in-law. From skiing adventures to screaming at sports games and indulging in ramen + skincare nights, Jenna and I have made some deeply traumatizing and hilarious memories. (ie. imagine waking up on the plane, all lights out, and seeing a very white face mask turning to look straight at you. Yes, that's my scary face that Jenna woke up to lol). Cheers to more (but hopefully not as traumatizing) memories and I'm so excited to officially call her family!

Jeremy Eyre isn’t just my brother—he’s one of my closest friends and someone I’ve looked up to my whole life. We’ve shared a bond since day one, built on trust, loyalty, and a lifetime of memories. I’ve always admired the way he carries himself and especially the love and partnership he shares with his amazing wife, Lindsay. Having Jeremy as a groomsman means the world to me—it’s an honor to stand beside someone who’s been such a constant and inspiring presence in my life.

Jenny was just a fifth grader when she entered my life as my little sister’s new best friend—and it didn’t take long before she became part of our family. From the beginning, she fit right in, and over the years she’s become my other little sister. She’s been there through countless milestones, always cheering me on with her warm, thoughtful energy. She’s seen so much of my journey, and having her by my side on my wedding day feels beautifully full-circle. I’m deeply grateful for the love, laughter, and loyalty she’s brought into my life.

Jason Kuhn has been a best friend since childhood—the kind of friend you grow up with and never grow apart from. We’ve been running together since six years old, all the way back when we played Parker Hawks football. From those early days on the field to late nights at country concerts and cheering on our favorite Colorado Sports Teams, Jason has been there through every chapter. Through it all, Jason has remained a loyal, steady, and genuinely good-hearted friend. Having him stand with me as a groomsman means honoring a bond that’s lasted a lifetime and only continues to grow.
