When should I RSVP?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30 so arrival by 5:15 is recommended.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a semi-formal/dressy casual event. The ceremony will be on grass so high heels may sink.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head inside to enjoy some appetizers and beverages.

Are kids welcome?

This is going to be an adults-only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Is there parking nearby?

There is a ton of parking at Scioto Reserve Country Club.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is RSVP only. In order to stay on budget, we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

We will be having a cocktail hour with appetizers immediately following the ceremony and then a sit-down dinner around 7:15. Please select your entree and let us know about any dietary restrictions on the RSVP page.

Can I take and post pictures on social media?

Answer

We have hired photographers so we politely ask that our ceremony be "unplugged". At the reception, take all the pictures you want! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #straighttostraley so we can look at them too!
