Let's take you back... to a chilly fall night in Chicago’s South Loop. Xzavier attended a local bar with his friends, and saw a woman out the corner of his eyes with a 'killer" handbag - and a spirit to match. Yes, he said he felt that spirit from across the room. That woman, Alexea Davis, was there with friends taking a break from the MBA hustle. While she wasn't exactly looking for a partner at that time, after several invitations to coffee over two months, Xzavier's resiliency paid off. Instead of coffee, sushi and steak was the cuisine of their first date (and many dates thereafter). That sushi date led to a movie and dinner date at what would become their favorite restaurant. Despite several bumps and roadblocks in their relationship, the spiritual bond that they formed stood the test of time.
