We chose the mountains for our wedding because we love coming up here at any chance to enjoy the clean air, beautiful views, and fun activities. This is a brewery we have visited multiple times and have always enjoyed. They are open: Fri: 12 - 10 pm Sat: 12 - 10 pm Sunday: 12 - 8 pm
Crozet Pizza
We love stopping here for great pizza! It seems like it is a hot spot in the area based on how busy it can get, but whether grabbing a table or getting to-go, we have always been more than pleased. Hours: Thu 11:30am - 9:00pm Fri 11:30am - 9:00pm Sat 11:30am - 9:00pm Sun 11:30am - 9:00pm
Mint Springs Valley Park
If you want to get into nature and stretch your legs a bit this is a great option. It has walking trails as well as a beautiful, a pond and beach, and open green areas perfect for a picnic.
Carter Mountain Orchard
We go fruit picking every year- normally several times throughout the seasons- and this is a must go during the fall months. They have a variety of apples available for picking this time of the year and it's a great time collecting (or grabbing from the store on property) and bringing home your own fresh crop. Check the website before going as they have had a ticket purchase system for entry during very busy peak times. Hours: Thurs 9 AM–6 PM Fri 9 AM–6 PM Sat 9 AM–6 PM Sun 9 AM–6 PM
