How do I RSVP?

Answer

Navigate to the "RSVP" tab on this website, enter your name as it appears on your invitation, and fill out the questions. You will be able to RSVP for all members of your group, if applicable. Submitting your RSVP is essential to ensure we communicate the correct numbers to our venue and vendors. Therefore, please RSVP by August 1, 2025.

Will the ceremony and reception take place at the same venue?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at Pharsalia. The ceremony location is just a few steps away from the cocktail hour and reception location - no need to move your vehicles!

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes, Pharsalia has plenty of parking and can accommodate all of our guests. Upon arrival, follow the driveway up along the side of the house. When you reach the top, you will find a large lot. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, Pharsalia employees will direct you a different way to avoid interrupting the service. Please follow all of their instructions.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Guests will not be permitted to enter the ceremony area once it begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is garden formal; in other words, dressy attire that will keep you comfortable in an outdoor setting. We advise against wearing thin or stiletto heels as there are several grassy areas on which we will be walking and standing. Check the weather ahead of time in case you need a jacket, and bring those dancing shoes! *Please refrain from wearing dusty or navy blue dresses and suits, as those are the colors of our wedding party.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes, a formal dinner buffet will be available for all guests. Be sure to note any dietary restrictions or food allergies in your RSVP so we can accommodate your needs!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, alcohol will be served. Following the ceremony, we will have an open beer and wine bar for the evening. Ubers and other ride share services are difficult to find near the venue. Many surrounding roads are windy and dark as well. Please plan accordingly and drink responsibly!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will be addressed to you and your partner. If your invitation is solely addressed to you, please refrain from bringing a plus one as we have limited capacity at our venue.

Are children welcome to attend?

Answer

With limited capacity, we have only extended invitations to children within our immediate families. Please note that this will be a mostly all-adults affair anyway, as we want everyone to have a fun, worry-free evening! If you have any specific questions or requests, don't hesitate to ask.

I need to change an element of my RSVP. What should I do?

Answer

If your change is before our RSVP deadline of August 1, 2025, you may resubmit your RSVP on this website. Please also let us know of the change so we can make sure everything is correct on our end. If your change is after our RSVP deadline of August 1, 2025, please reach out to us ASAP so we can make necessary adjustments with our venue and vendors.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

In the event that you cannot attend, please fill out the RSVP form on this website and decline your invitation. We understand that life happens and we look forward to finding a different time to celebrate with you. As a reminder, our RSVP deadline is August 1, 2025.
