Hotel
This link is the group’s link for booking reservations. The room block at these rates is only for March 7-9th. So if you plan on coming beforehand or staying later you must book another reservation outside of this room block. The cut-off date is February 7th for booking.
Shuttle
March 8, 2025 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will transport guests from the host hotel to the ceremony an hour before the ceremony starts (at 4pm). This same shuttle will transport guests back to the host hotel after the reception is finished (at 11pm). If you aren't staying at the host hotel but would like to take this as a form of transportation you are more than welcome to.

If you are flying commercial Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport is the closest airport to fly into.
