There are 5 of each type of room in your block for a total of 10 rooms. When those 10 fill up, it'll say none are available, we just need to let the coordinator know and she'll open 10 more. (So let the bride or groom know if it's saying they're not available!) *On NYE there is a 48 hour cancellation policy, instead of 24 hour. PLEASE NOTE: For each individual hotel room there will be a $100 security deposit that will be charged to each reservation at time of check in, and will be returned upon check out barring no additional charges to hotel rooms. Check in is at 3:00 pm the day of the arrival, and check out is at 11:00 am. The cut off to book through the room block is Thanksgiving- Thursday, November 26, 2026.
