YES! We are getting married and we want to see you if you are willing and able (and NOT sick). We are asking our vendors and venue to "double-down" on cleaning and hand-washing as they prepare for the day. Our tables, chairs, and serving utensils will be thoroughly cleaned. We will have hand sanitizer available for you when you arrive and during the reception as well. If you don't feel comfortable shaking hands, the elbow bump is the best bump! We are sooo excited to see you soon!!
Though we will not be providing transportation, the wedding venue in close to downtown Raleigh and several hotels. You'll be an Uber or Lyft ride away. Or for more flexibility, we'd encourage renting a car.
We LOVE your children, but regretfully cannot accommodate them at our venue due to the smaller size. This said, we do hope our wedding can be a sweet night away for you. Thanks for understanding, and if you have any concerns or questions about childcare please contact us directly.
We have worked really hard to create an intimate celebration that includes all of our closest family and friends so we ask that you come solo unless otherwise mentioned. We will specify all guests on your invitation.
The Meadows has plenty of parking and we will have a wedding team helping to direct you to a designated parking spaces when you arrive. Just be sure to drive slow as it will be a gravel road!
Oh yeah! #dansthenightaway
We know this is a bit unusual, but we won't be having a bar at the reception. Given our venue's preferences, we ask that you'd kindly reframe from bringing your own alcohol. Of course, we want you to have the absolute best time, so we'd love to point you towards our favorite local breweries and craft drink spots if you'd like to continue the festivities after our wedding!
Cocktail / Semi-formal attire is welcomed. It might be on the cooler side for our outdoor ceremony, so dress as you're comfortable for the weather. Cozy blankets will be plentiful! And a fire pit will complete the evening experience.
