The most convenient option will be to park at Grayton Beach Catering's private parking located at 144 Clayton Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. There will be a private shuttle taking guests to the chapel starting at 2:45 PM. After the ceremony, the shuttle will take guests to the reception venue. After the reception, the shuttle will take guests back to their vehicles at the private parking lot. The shuttle is only for guests of our wedding, so they can take as many trips as necessary to get all of the guests to and from. Another option is Seaside’s parking program - a parking app called Passport Parking. Parking rates will vary by day/time/time of year. Spaces can be limited depending on how busy Seaside is. https://homeownerscollection.com/things-to-do/amenities/paid-parking-seaside Lastly, on the west end of Seaside and east end of Watercolor just off of 30A is free public parking. It's just a short walk through Seaside: 20 Western Lake Dr, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.
The private shuttle (available for all guests) will begin service at 2:45 PM from 144 Clayton Lane. If you're not going to use the shuttle, please try to arrive between 3 PM and 3:45 PM.
We ask that you please RSVP by May 5th, 2025. Any non-responses after this date will be marked as a "no".
We ask that everyone abide by a dress code along the lines of semi-formal. Keep in mind, it will be warm! For semi-formal examples, please visit this link: https://www.brides.com/semi-formal-wedding-attire-4800687 No jeans or shorts, please. We want everyone to look their very best! :-) Ladies, please do not wear white. The reception is at an outside venue, so please feel free to bring a comfortable change of shoes.
We will have a cocktail hour starting at 5pm until 6pm, but you are welcome to arrive any time after 5pm. The private shuttle can take guests to the reception after the ceremony.
If you have any food allergies, please reach out when you RSVP so that we can make note and make the caterers aware.
Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.
We would like an "unplugged" wedding ceremony, meaning we ask that you do not take any photos on your phone or on a camera during the ceremony. We will have a photographer getting all the perfect shots! You can take photos at the reception.
Yes! We listed kids on the invites that would be considered old enough to have a plate to help solidify guest count for the catering. Even if your little one is not listed on your invite, they are welcome to come!
Although our reception is outside, we ask that you don't smoke (including vaping) in the reception venue. We also ask that you don't smoke on the church grounds, either.
