Keep your cool - here's everything you need to know.
Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We appreciate your understanding that due to the intimate nature of our celebration, we are not able to accommodate plus ones. Our guest list has been carefully curated, and we are looking forward to sharing this special day with those who have been personally invited. We hope you can join us in celebrating with the friends and family who will be in attendance.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair. We love and appreciate the little ones in our lives, but have decided to make this a child-free celebration. We hope you can arrange for childcare during the event, and we look forward to celebrating with you on this special day. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors (if weather permits) and the reception will be indoors.

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

In September it should be absolutely gorgeous. Expect beautiful, sunny, warm days (averaging around 77 F) and cooler nights (averaging around 52 F). It wouldn't hurt to bring a light fleece or a comfy sweater for the nighttime.

Question

Is there parking available near the wedding venues?

Answer

Ceremony: There is PLENTY of parking at Boettcher Mansion. While we encourage folks to carpool if they can, there should be absolutely no problem accommodating everyone. Reception: The Rose Event Center right downtown - if you're staying at Table Mountain Inn or the Golden Hotel, you can walk to the venue no problem. If you're driving, most all parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays. There is a parking garage located at 250 Jackson St or there is a large parking lot behind the Miners Alley Playhouse.

Question

Are there hotel room blocks?

Answer

A room block is available at the Denver West Marriott. Since we're not holding an event at any of the hotels downtown, we were unable to secure a room block, but we do highly encourage staying downtown if you can.

Question

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

Answer

Please don't hesitate to reach out to Kalie or Tim if you have any additional questions!
