Let's Get Sacksy!

Our love story doesn’t have as many twists and turns as our journey after the engagement. If you have seen the movie “The Five-year Engagement”, you will see some similarities, but obviously we are together in the end. When we finally get married in October, it will have been four years since the day Jonathan proposed in Tel Aviv. Here’s why we had such a long engagement: The first date for our wedding was May 16th, 2020 but that had to be moved because in November 2019, Alexis got pregnant with our first daughter, Winter Harlow. The date was then moved to October 24, 2020 and then, while pregnant with Winter, the Pandemic hit so we decided to change the wedding to October 23, 2021. After one baby and one Pandemic, we were really excited to finally get married. Then in April of 2021, Alexis started feeling really sick. Thinking that she was feeling this way because she was weaning off of breastfeeding, she decided to take a pregnancy test just to be sure that she WAS NOT pregnant, only to actually find out that she was already four months pregnant with our second daughter, Navy Monroe. So yet again, our wedding was moved for the fourth time to October 22, 2022. Everything happens for a reason and we love that our beautiful two daughters will be able to be a part of our special day. We HOPE to see everyone on 10.22.22 to finally get #sosacksy!
