Wedding Day Transportation

Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from our wedding venue. The pickup location is at the Water St at Omni Bus Stop by the Omni Charlottesville Hotel, directly across from 218 Water St (photo above). Buses will board at 3:45 PM, and leave promptly at 4:00 PM. Please confirm that the bus you board is headed to the Mount Ida Event Barn, as there may be other buses in the area. Our buses will be white, with black and red graphics that say Quicks. Buses will drop guests off at the Omni Charlottesville Hotel following the wedding, making a stop at the Coupe's after party location on the way. Parking is available for guests who would like to drive themselves. Vehicles will not be permitted to be left overnight at the venue. Ubers and taxis are difficult to secure from the venue in the evening, please plan to take the shuttle service instead.
