You will be joining us during the peak of festival season, which is the
best time to be in New Orleans.
The weekend before our wedding is
French Quarter Fest (April 13th to April 16th). French Quarter Fest is a
free music festival throughout the French Quarter. We highly
recommend it if you can extend your vacation.
The following weekend is
Jazz & Heritage Festival (April 28th to May 7th). Jazz Fest features tons
of music, craft vendors, and local food vendors. No carnival food! (It is
official food policy.)
If you really want to extend your vacation and get
off the beaten path. We recommend Festival International de Louisiane.
This festival is also the weekend after our wedding (April 26th to April
30th). Hands down the best festival to check out.
There are different types of tours, such as ghost tours, segway tours, bicycle tours, walking tours, vampire tours, night tours, architecture tours, cemetery tours, swamp boat tours, voodoo tours, and much more!
