When should I RSVP by?

Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Shuttles will be picking guests up at The Golden Hotel and The Marriot West at 4:15. If you are driving or using ride-share, please arrive at Mt Vernon by 4:45 at the latest, the ceremony is at 5!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Please note any food allergies on the RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is parking at the venue and vehicles can be left overnight but should be picked up by 10am the next morning. HOWEVER, we strongly encourage you to take one of the available shuttles or use a rideshare service!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we will have a shuttle picking up guests at The Golden Hotel and The Marriott West before the wedding. These shuttles will also be dropping guests back off at hotels after the wedding and they will make a couple of rounds.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
No specific events, but we highly encourage guests to make a trip out of this wedding if you can! Colorado is beautiful this time of year and there are excellent day and multi-day trips in the area, and we'd love for you to stay and explore the state we both fell in love with. Should I rent a car?
Answer
The hotels and venue are reachable by ride share from the airport so you don't need to. However, if you plan on extending your trip and venturing into the mountains before or after the wedding, we highly recommend renting a car to access hikes and other adventures easily! (4 Wheel drive is recommended if you are going into the mountains)
