FAQs

The Wedding Website of Sophie Valdez and Zac Lester
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 15th, 2026! We want to be able to give an accurate head count to our vendors so that all of our guests are taken care of.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, which has free parking for all of our guests. Once you arrive at the address provided on your invitation, signage will guide you to the parking lot, where there is plenty of space for everyone to park.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally included on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of the little ones in our lives, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We encourage parents to use this evening as a date night!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We kindly asks that guests aim to arrive by 4:30pm so that you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We are excited to have an incredible photography team capture photos of this moment for us, and we look forward to sharing them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is in an open-air chapel with AC units and fans. Our cocktail hour will be on an outdoor patio with shaded coverage. Our reception will be inside the reception hall at our venue. Guests will have access to bathrooms inside of the reception hall at all times throughout the evening.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We are excited to have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy! While gratuity is already taken care of, there will be tip jars if you'd like to thank the bartenders for their excellent service.
