Question
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
No, there is no dress code! Wear what will make you feel beautiful and comfortable! We only ask that you wear something that will be appropriate for an outdoor reception.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
We are expecting a beautiful fall day in Texas! While we anticipate no bad weather, we do appreciate our guests being prepared just in case. We also suggest bringing a light jacket and/or cardigan to make sure you don’t get chilly while we tie the knot!

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
We’re so sorry you can’t be here and you’ll be missed! If this is last minute, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand so we can make adjustments. If our date doesn’t work with your schedule and you know you can’t make it, please RSVP no at least a month before our date.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Of course! We love your little ones, and our wedding is going to be a family celebration that everyone can party at and enjoy the evening.

What time should I arrive to the venue?
Answer
We advise that you arrive thirty to fifteen minutes before our start time of 2:00. If you are staying in Dallas, we recommend leaving an hour and a half beforehand. Please make sure to come on time so we can get the party started as scheduled!

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Can we post pictures on social media?
Answer
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #sophieandzactietheknot so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
