Our Story
It only took us flying 8,000 miles to the other side of the world to find each other. Six years ago, before either of us was a flash in each other's eyes, we both decided we needed a change in our lives. That decision took us to Thailand as English teachers, and as we stumbled through culture shock, wide-eyed wonderment of Southeast Asia and learning how the hell to teach in a language we didn’t know, we always seemed to be side by side. Glances at one another turned into overnight bus rides just to visit each other on the weekends, and when we floated the crazy idea of moving in together in the middle of the pandemic, it seemed like our first big test. Three moves, two states, two cat kids, a college degree and more jobs than we can count later, our love for life with each other keeps growing.
