How will transportation work?

Answer

A bus will be picking up guests at each hotel listed on our website prior to the ceremony. Guests are also welcome to drive to the venue and park on site. Drop offs will be made after the reception and bonfire as well. What's on the menu?

Answer

You know how much we love food so we wanted to give a few details for everyone to get excited! During cocktail hour we have various local cheeses and a couple appetizers (honey siracha meatballs and oyster shooters). For dinner we will have a served buffet with apple/brie stuffed chicken breast as well as a braised short rib (everyone can get both mains if they choose!). There will be a choice of sides in addition to a salad bar. After plenty of dancing, we are going to have a delicious almond/chocolate espresso cake. If you are still hungry join us at the bonfire after party for s'mores and pepperoni rolls!

What to wear?

Answer

Semi-formal wear is perfect. That includes suits and cocktail dresses. Deep Creek is mountainous so even though our wedding is in July the temperature is typically around 75-80 degrees (fingers crossed!). Please keep in mind that there is a bonfire after party around a grassy area. Flip flops will be provided to change into for those with uncomfortable shoes.
