What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 mintues prior to ceremony start so you have enough time to find your seat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome but don't be afraid to get a sitter and make it a kid free night for you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes plus ones are welcome! Just don't forget to include that in your RSVP so we can give a proper head count to our caterer.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry at Williams Sonoma and on Amazon, links can be found under the "Registry" tab at the top.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, western chic is encouraged! All events will be hosted outside, please plan for colder weather in the evening. Venue has uneven surfaces and is outdoor please consider footwear accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Under the travel section we have listed a few trusted hotels in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes parking is available, signage and attendants will be present to assist with parking. Parking is limited so please carpool if possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No transportation will be provided so please plan accordingly, especially with rides home from the wedding. Ride Share is limited in the Grass Valley area so it is recommended to schedule a ride prior to the night or have a designated driver.

Are there accommodations for handicapped guests?

Answer

Yes! There are rangers that can transport handicapped guests to and from parking, ceremony, and reception. Please let the bride or groom know if this applies to you so we can arrange that for you.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Shelter will be provided for the reception but for the ceremony please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.
