Will there be shuttles?

Answer

We will not have shuttles to take you to the wedding. We will have shuttles from 11:00pm-12:00am to take you back to the hotel at the end of the night. If you are not staying at the hotel, uber and cabs can be ordered to the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue and cars can stay overnight but must be picked up the next morning.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the entire event will be outdoors so dress accordingly. The reception will be in a barn that is not heated and has no exterior walls, while the ceremony will be fully outdoors if weather permits.

What time do we have to be out of the venue?

Answer

Guests must leave the venue by 12AM (shuttles will be provided). We will have an after party at the Rendesvouz bar in the Courtyard by Marriott Calgary South hotel until 2AM. https://rendesvouz.ca/

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to venue and space limitations, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Feel free to wear your cowboy boots!
