Things To Do

Couple of spots that are worth going to in our humble opinion....

Café Du Monde

813 Decatur Street, New Orleans, LA 70116

If you have not gotten beignets before, then yeah, it is worth it.

Stroll around Audubon Park

6500 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70118

Sophie grew up on this park and Patrick and Sophie now live in the area and frequent the park reguarly.

Bourrée

1510 South Carrollton Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70118

We happen to think these are some of the best daquiris in the city. Sophie's favorite is the G&T, Patrick likes it too but often mixes it up.

The Chicory House

2725 Prytania Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

Patrick's sister Barkley just opened up this place and, sure, we are biased, but DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE. Pasteries, Sandwiches, Salads, Beer, Coffee, all the things.

The Delachaise Wine Bar

3442 Saint Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70115

Obligatory first date spot to add to "things to do". Great wine, cocktails and DELISH fries.

Zony Mash Beer Project

3940 Thalia Street, New Orleans, LA 70125

One of our fav breweries! Has food trucks and this time in March will probably have some crawfish!

Tracey's Original Irish Channel Bar

2604 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

Patrick cannot get enough of this place. VERY casual spot. Has good po'boys!

For all the days along the way
