Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Gale Woods Farm in Minnetrista, Minnesota.

Question

When is the wedding?

Answer

Saturday, October 17, 2026

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will start promptly.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual / semi-formal. Think dresses, jumpsuits, button-downs, or slacks—comfortable but polished. We’ll be outdoors, so please choose shoes you’re comfortable walking on grass in.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both. The ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception following nearby. We recommend dressing for the weather and bringing layers just in case.

Question

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by Brasa, with hearty, flavorful options. If you have a dietary restriction, please note it when you RSVP—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes. We’ll be serving beer and wine. Gale Woods Farm only allows beer and wine to be served at events, so cocktails and liquor will not be available.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, on-site parking will be available at the venue.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We’re only able to accommodate children who are specifically listed on the invitation. If your child’s name is included, we’d love to celebrate with them—otherwise, we hope you enjoy a night off.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to take photos during the ceremony—we just ask that all phones be kept on airplane mode so there are no interruptions.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We’re lucky to already have everything we need for our home. If you’d like to celebrate with a gift, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund to help us create memories together—no pressure at all, just your presence means the most to us.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

The closest accommodation option is The Shoreline Hotel, located just a 10-minute drive from the venue. It's a small boutique hotel, so rooms fill up quickly — we recommend booking early to secure your spot! Our guests can use the discount code WEDD at checkout. A second option is available for guests at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Eden Prairie, use the booking link below for a 15% discount on current rates. https://www.hilton.com/en/book/reservation/deeplink/?ctyhocn=MSPENHT&srpCodes=LHTP99
