When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Guests who are invited to stay overnight at Wellspring Spa are kindly asked to RSVP by January 2027 so lodging arrangements can be finalized. For all other guests, please RSVP by May 1, 2027 so we can confirm our final guest count with the venue and caterer.

Formal attire is encouraged, with a rustic twist. Cowboy boots are welcome and highly encouraged. Please avoid heels, as the venue includes dirt paths and some light walking through forested areas.

Our celebration will take place outdoors in a forest setting, with coverage available if needed. We recommend bringing layers, as mountain weather can change quickly.

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. We do not expect gifts, but for those who have asked, we’ve included links for anyone who would like to contribute any amount toward our honeymoon.

July in Ashford is typically warm during the day and cooler in the evening. We recommend bringing a light jacket or layer for later in the evening.
