Getting Here
If you are planning to arrive to Nashville by plane, please search for flights to Nashville International Airport (BNA). We encourage you to use a ride-share service to travel to the hotel. Our hotel blocks are located in a highly walkable area of Nashville and we anticipate most of our guests will not need a car for the weekend! If you are planning to arrive to Nashville by car, our hotels will have valet parking available.
Shuttle
Shuttle from W Nashville to Estate at Cherokee Dock

We will be providing transportation to and from the venue. The shuttle will depart promptly at 3:45PM from the W Nashville and will return to the hotel following the conclusion of the event at 11PM. Those who wish to drive may park at the venue. Gates to the venue will be closed 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Please note, ride-shares may be harder to book from our venue due to its remote location. We encourage you to take the shuttle for ease and safety!
