What date are RSVPs due?

We kindly ask that your RSVPs be submitted by May 1st, 2026.

Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Ole Hanson Beach Club in San Clemente, California (105 Avenida Pico, San Clemente, CA 92672). The cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow the ceremony.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
It's recommended to arrive between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm as the ceremony should start promptly at 4 pm

Where should we fly in?
Answer
San Clemente is at the mid-point between Los Angeles and San Diego; both the LA airport and San Diego airport are about one hour (~60 miles) from the venue and San Clemente

Is transportation offered to the ceremony?
Answer
Transportation is up to the individual guest. The whole event is taking place at one convenient location, so there will be no need for travel in between parts of the event

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is metered street parking as well as a large parking lot with metered spots adjacent to the venue.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire. Feel free to have a beachy flair! Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors on the grass and (likely) in full sunlight! We recommend avoiding footwear that may make it difficult to walk in grass, and remember to bring your sunglasses!

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors as well as cocktail hour and the reception. Dancing will take place indoors following this. Please be sure to check the weather prior to the event as evenings often get cool on the coast even in the summertime!

Are children welcome?
Answer
