When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 5, 2026, using the RSVP tab on our wedding website. We truly appreciate your timely response as we finalize our guest count with our vendors for the big day!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 PM so everyone can be seated and settled by 4:50 PM before the ceremony begins. If you are traveling in on the day of, please allow extra time, as traffic into the Keys can be heavy since there is only one road in and out.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Coastal cocktail. Think dressy resort wear—elevated midi/maxi dresses, linen or lightweight suits, button-downs, or slacks. Please avoid shorts, flip-flops, jeans, and colors traditionally reserved for the bride like whites, nudes, and ivories.

Can I bring a plus one?

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate the children specifically listed on your invitation. If your invitation is addressed to "The [Name] Family," it indicates that your children are invited. Please check your invitation and/or the RSVP link. All invited guests. including any children, are listed on the RSVP page of our website.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events—the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—will take place outdoors. Though the sand is packed, we recommend comfortable footwear.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In October, Key Largo typically sees average daily high temperatures around 82-86°F and average daily low temperatures between 72-77°F. Ocean waters are typically warm around 80-85°F which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. However, please note our wedding weekend is still within hurricane season (June 1–November 30), so there's a possibility of late-season storms.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Most nearby hotels are within a mile of the venue, and rideshare services like Uber are readily available in the area. For your convenience, we’ve arranged Uber vouchers to assist with transportation. Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’ve invested in a truly incredible photography and videography team to capture our day beautifully. To ensure they can do their best work (and so you can be fully present in the moment), we kindly ask that you silence and put away your phones during the ceremony.
