When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026 so we can confirm accommodation and final numbers with the venue and organise transfers to the venue.

What dates should we plan to stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved rooms for all guests from Monday, 2nd November to Thursday, 5th November. While your stay is flexible, we have events planned across all three days and would love for you to join us for the full celebration!

How do we book our accommodation?

Answer

No need to worry — the Bride & Groom will handle all reservations. Once we receive your RSVP, we’ll confirm your room directly with the venue. Cost is €60 per person, per night (breakfast included).

How do I get there?

Answer

Borgo di Tragliata is about 30 minutes from Rome Fiumicino Airport. We’ll share more details about transfers closer to the date. Alternatively, if you are travelling from Rome City, it will take roughly 45 minutes to get to the venue.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests arriving early or departing later are welcome to store their luggage with the venue and enjoy all on-site facilities, including the bar and pool.

What will the weather be like?

Daytime: Expect averages of 16-18 degrees Night-time: Temperatures will be cooler, around 8-10 degrees

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and drinks reception will be outdoors, and the rest of the celebrations — the welcome BBQ, wedding dinner, and pizza party — will be indoors.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies with the Bride & Groom. The venue has informed us that any dietary requirements can be catered for.

As much as we love your little ones, we hope you understand our decision to have a child-free wedding.

Is there an ATM on-site?

Answer

Please note there’s no ATM on-site, and the venue is quite remote. However, both cash and card are accepted.

Are there shops nearby?

Answer

The venue is in a remote location, so there aren’t any shops close by. Be sure to bring any essentials with you beforehand. That said, the venue does have an on-site bar and restaurant!

Can guests get hair & make-up done at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The cost is €25 for a blow-dry, €40 for an upstyle, and €30 for makeup. If you’d like to book this service, please reach out to the Bride directly after submitting your RSVP for more details.
