FAQs

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to Sophie at 541-913-4599.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please dress up to semi-formally, with a beautiful beach in mind. Our preferred color palette for guests includes ivory or white, tan or sand, and neutrals along those lines. Feel free to wear soft pastel colors as well, including blush pink, sage green, etc. We would appreciate men in pants and shirts of some sort (linen suits are a great look!), and women in dresses that are knee-length or longer.

Question

What should we expect from the ceremony?

Answer

It will not be a formal ceremony by any means! We want to stay as close to an elopement-style wedding as we can. There will be no officiant, and (due to the restrictions of our permit) no decorations or chairs. It will be at Anaeho'omalu Bay where, surrounded by all of you, we will say our vows, exchange our rings, and have our first kiss, and have our marriage certificate signed by our awesome photographer (who's also ordained!). We can't wait!
