Our venue is located in Citta della Pieve, Umbria, surrounded by gorgeous views, amazing food, and wine (of course!). The wedding date is Wednesday the 15th of September 2027, with arrival at the venue being on the 14th, and departure being on the 17th. We’ve reserved a beautiful venue where all guests will stay together on-site. This way, there’s no commuting or stress—just quality time, good food, and celebration in one amazing location.
Each guest is kindly asked to contribute £400 towards accommodation for the entire wedding stay. This will include 3 nights accommodation, breakfast, dinner and drinks. We completely understand that this is a huge ask for our guests, which is why we are asking you all so early so we can set up a payment plan over the next 18 months or so. We also are not asking for any gifts, your presence is a big enough present.
To officially RSVP, please submit a £100 deposit by 30th November 2025. This confirms your spot and helps us lock in rooms. The remaining £300 will be split across four instalments, with a rough schedule of payments being Spring 2026, Summer 2026 and Spring 2027.
Yes! We’ll be hosting a welcome dinner, the wedding day feast, and a post-wedding meal, so you’ll be well-fed throughout your stay. Each of these events will have some drinks included, but the wedding day party will include a 3-hour open bar. Breakfast is also included! More details coming soon.
As much as we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only (18+) celebration.
Yes, you’ll need to book your own travel to Italy. Our venue is most easily accessed from these airports: Florence Airport Fiumicino Airport (Rome) Perugia Airport We will be keeping an eye on when flights go live with different carriers to help you all secure the best rates for your flights!
Our venue is easily accessible by both train and car. If you're flying into Fiumicino Airport, take a direct train to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme station (just 8 minutes from the venue). You can also rent a car at the station or directly from the airport. Other nearby options include: Florence Airport – 1.5 hours by car Pisa Airport – 2 hours by car Perugia Airport – 45 minutes by car You can also take a train from Florence Santa Maria Novella, Rome Termini, or other towns connected to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. The AVIS car rental service is available at the Chiusi train station for your convenience.
